Especially for the Conference guests who arrive already one day before the conference

A guided tour of the Aachen Cathedral (the core of the building is more than 1200 years old – UNESCO world heritage) and the Treasury (it dispalys sacral masterpieces of the late Classical, Crolingian, Ottonian and Staufian periods, like ; ‘Cross of Lothair’, ‘Bust of Charlemagne’ and the ‘Persephone sarcophagus’).

The tour is free of charge. Registration is required.

Delivery of materials
You can deliver your goods at the back of the Super C building, but your car can not stay there. Parking is for free around the building. But there is less place. Best parking is at the RWTH Aachen parking/ Talbot Parking, Schinkelstrasse, Aachen (5 minutes walk from the Super C building). The exhibition floor is on the sixth floor. There is a small elevator with a door of 100 cm x 170 cm. The maximum floor load is 150 kg. Contact the organisation if you have larger materials you want to expose.

Assembly day
Monday 23 October: 7:45 – 8.45 hrs. First come to the registration desk on the sixth floor for the last information.

Dismantlement day
Monday 23 October: 18:00 – 19:00 hrs.
